Privacy Policy: RaiseCut
Last updated: 2026-10-02
AD Tech Services, India ("we") runs RaiseCut at https://raisecut.adtechservices.in. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We act as the data controller (or "data fiduciary" under India's DPDP Act) for account data, and as a processor for content you upload for your own users where that applies.
What we collect
| Data | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Email, name, profile picture (from Google or magic link) | Create and secure your account | Contract |
| Payment status (plan, dates). Card details are handled by Dodo Payments; we never see them | Give you access to paid features | Contract |
| Account email and name; purchase records; search filters you apply | Provide the investor database, unlock paid access, and email magic links | Contract |
| Usage events (pages, clicks, feature use, web vitals) via PostHog EU, without advertising IDs or session recordings | Improve the product, fix bugs | Legitimate interest / consent where required |
| Error events (exception type/message/stack, scrubbed of emails) via PostHog | Keep the Service working | Legitimate interest |
We don't sell personal data. We don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it (sub-processors)
Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage), Dodo Payments (payments, tax), Resend (email), PostHog EU (product analytics and error tracking; no session recording), Google (sign-in). They process data only to provide their service to us.
AI processing
We don't send your content to AI providers.
How long we keep it
Account data: while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Purchase records kept for tax and access. Account deletion removes your user row; payment audit rows may remain without PII. Payment records: as long as tax law requires (kept by Dodo Payments and us).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. Delete your account from Settings, or email hello@adtechservices.in. We reply within 30 days.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to keep you logged in. Product analytics (PostHog EU) may use a first-party cookie or local storage for an anonymous id. We do not use session recording or heatmaps. Respect Do Not Track when your browser sends it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is limited to what's needed to run the Service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we'll tell you promptly.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country (for example in the US or EU) under their standard data protection terms.
Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll post updates here and email you about significant changes.
